Beverly Area Stability Mobility Yogic Fusion 10-Week Program Class Description: Welcome to our Yoga, Strength, and Mobility 10-Week Program! Over the course of 10 weeks, we'll embark on a holistic journey designed to integrate mobility, strength training, and yoga practices into each session, fostering a balanced approach to fitness and well-being. Program Overview: In each class, we'll focus on developing mobility, building strength, and flexibility with our yoga practice through carefully curated sequences and exercises. Throughout the ten weeks, you'll progressively enhance your flexibility, muscle strength, and mind-body connection, promoting overall vitality and resilience.
What to Expect?
- Each class will begin with a centring meditation to cultivate mindfulness and set intentions for the practice.
- The mobility section will focus on specific movements to enhance flexibility and joint mobility, preparing the body for the strength and yoga sections.

- In the strength section, we'll engage in a variety of bodyweight exercises and resistance band movements to target different muscle groups, providing a comprehensive full-body workout.

- The yoga section will incorporate dynamic flows, static holds, and breathwork to promote balance, flexibility, and inner peace.
